Equipping our team with the right knowledge and skills is key to driving sustainable change. Our engagement survey offers valuable insights into the sentiments of our workforce, allowing us to understand the diverse experiences of our team members. This data-driven approach, analyzed by various segments, informs our strategy for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

To support this initiative, we provide resources such as a leadership series aimed at equipping managers with tools to cultivate an inclusive culture. Additionally, we offer a guide to address unconscious bias in the total rewards process, empowering leaders to ensure accuracy, equity, and fairness in decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle.

Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is unwavering. The Diversity & Belonging team has recently been renamed to reflect our focus on improving inclusivity and equity. Here's what each component of DEIB means to us:
